April McDowell is no stranger to the stage. A well seasoned entertainer for Central Florida Theme parks for over 15 years, including Disney World and Seaworld.  April grew up singing in a Pentecostal Church from the age of 6, and from there she learned the style of singing  from your heart.  April can still be regularly seen on Disney stages, including EPCOT, DISNEY SPRINGS and the SWAN & DOLPHIN RESORTS. With a voice that is sultry & strong, April is an astounding performer who is simple put, “A power house of vocal talent!” If you have never seen her on stage before, you are definitely  in for a spectacular treat!

April started her professional singing career when she auditioned for a well desired role as lead singer for the world famous Cheyenne Saloon & Opera House at Orlando's own Downtown Church Street Station Complex. There she entertained hundreds of guests, 5 nights a week with the amazing band "The Cheyenne Stampede".

During her career as a professional entertainer, April has also had the privilege of opening for several well known stars such as Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Diamond Rio, The Bellamy Bros. & Mark Wills. April has sang harmony vocal for the amazing David Bromberg on tour & spent two years in Pigeon Forge performing at Dolly Pardon's Dixie Stampede Dinner Show where she performed with Dolly Pardon's former band leader Gary "Biscuit" Davis as well as Mitch Corbin, a two time National Flat Picking Champion.  April also holds two Florida State titles for singing competitions.

April has written and directed several shows at resorts where she included the resorts guest as the stars of the show.
